HOURS OF OPERATION

Clinic & Syringe Exchange Program:
Monday – 8:00 am to 6:30 pm
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday – 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Friday – 8:00 am to 1:00 pm

Environmental Lobby:
Monday through Friday – 8:00am to 10:00am or by appointment

All Other:
Monday through Friday – 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

After Hours Public Health Emergency
If you have a Public Health Emergency to report after 4:00 p.m. EST or all day Saturday and Sunday, please call (859) 885-4149, then dial 9.  All after hour emergency messages are directed to the Jessamine County 9-1-1 messaging service. Messages will be handled in a timely manner dependent upon public health emergency situation.

Reportable Disease Notifications
Physicians, hospitals, and laboratories are required by 902 KAR 2:020 to report communicable diseases to the Epidemiology unit of the health department. Qualified health department staff persons provide investigation of the cases and report the communicable diseases to the Kentucky Department of Public Health, which reports to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
