Temporary Food Service

Kentucky state law requires a permit whenever food is served.  A temporary food permit along with the fee is required prior to selling any food at fairs, festivals or stand alone events.  Temporary food booths are required to have hand washing and ware washing facilities.  All food products must be prepared onsite.

Permit Prices

• 1-3 Days: $60
• 4-7 Days: $90
• 8-14 Days: $125
