Tates Creek Location

The Mobile Harm Reduction Team will be at the Tates Creek (420 Hartley Drive) on Mondays from 12 pm to 4 pm offering the following services:

• Syringe Services
• Narcan kits and training
• HIV testing
• Hep C testing
• Care and Treatment referrals
