Community Health Conversations Forum

As part of the 2023 Community Health Assessment and Improvement Process, the Community Health Conversations Forum will be held Tuesday, November 28, 12:00-3:30 pm, at the Jessamine County Cooperative Extension Office.

Community Partners will review and discuss community health data and share insights on factors and pressing health issues impacting Jessamine County’s health status. JCHD will provide lunch. Please register here by November 23.
